1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension and Closure

pg 13 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

  • The user violates these Terms and Conditions.

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
  • The user requests account closure under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming program.

Upon closure for a violation, any balance may be subject to review and potential forfeiture. Users who close their account voluntarily may request withdrawal of their remaining balance subject to standard verification procedures.

9. Intellectual Property
